Perfect for moms with older kids who are in school, or for moms who just want some adult alone time. We know you’re busy, so book your one-on-one or private group session (4 moms max) when it’s convenient for you. We offer Strength, Pilates, Barre, and CardioStrength training sessions.

Forms

All new clients must complete two documents prior to their first session, no exceptions. Printed versions will also be provided the day of the first class, please arrive a few minutes early to complete.
